📁 Digital Downloads

Delivery

Digital downloads are delivered instantly via email after your purchase is complete. You will receive:

  • A download link in your confirmation email
  • Access to your files in your account (if you created one)
  • High-resolution PDF files ready for printing

Important Notes

  • Download links expire after 30 days
  • Please download and save your files immediately
  • For personal use only – not for resale or commercial use

Custom Stationery Orders

The Process

  1. Consultation: We discuss your vision, style, and requirements
  2. Quote & Deposit: You receive a custom quote; 50% deposit to begin
  3. Design Phase: We create your bespoke design (2-3 weeks)
  4. Proofs & Revisions: Review proofs and request changes
  5. Final Approval: You approve the final design in writing
  6. Final Payment: Remaining 50% due before printing
  7. Production & Delivery: Your cards are printed and shipped

Timeline

Custom stationery projects typically take:

  • Design phase: 2-3 weeks
  • Production: 1-2 weeks after approval
  • Total: Allow 4-6 weeks from start to delivery

↩️ Returns & Refunds

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital download sales are final and non-refundable. Please review all product details carefully before purchasing.

Printed Products

Because our products are personalised and made-to-order, we generally cannot accept returns. However, we will make it right if:

  • Printing errors: Mistakes on our part (not in the approved proof)
  • Damaged items: Products damaged during shipping
  • Wrong items: You received incorrect products

In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will reprint and reship at no cost to you.

⚠️ Important

We cannot offer refunds or reprints for errors that were present in the approved proof. Please check your proofs very carefully before giving approval. This includes:

  • Spelling of names
  • Dates and times
  • Addresses
  • All other text content

Cancellations

Standard Orders

You may cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet entered production. Once printing has begun, cancellations are not possible.

Custom Orders

  • Before design begins: Full deposit refund minus €50 admin fee
  • During design phase: Deposit is non-refundable (covers design work completed)
  • After final approval: No refund available
